Broadmoor is a residential neighborhood in northwest Gainesville consisting primarily of single-family homes built from the mid-1990s through the early 2000s. The community is located just off Newberry Road near Westside Baptist Church, with access to nearby roads that connect to shopping, services, and other parts of northwest Gainesville. The neighborhood also includes amenities such as a community pool and clubhouse.
