Oakmont is a new residential neighborhood in southwest Gainesville, with homes built by AR Homes, Barry Bullard, Jeffrey Wilde, Tommy Waters, Tommy Williams and ICI Homes. Construction began in the late 2010s, and homes range from the mid $400s to over $2 million. The community features resort-style amenities, including a pool with splash pad, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, playground, walking trails, and open green spaces.
